All of our legal research services are performed on Westlaw® and Lexis ® with same day turn-arounds available seven days per week. To get started, simply email or fax us a concise statement of facts or a list of the questions you want researched. We will respond with either a price quote or by marshalling the different issues requiring legal research.
Legal research services are billed at flat rates, by the question, not by the "issue". Simply choose which questions you want researched and a turn around time. Our average turn-around time is three business days, but rush services are available for a same or next day turn-around.You will be provided a legal research memorandum in digital format that is as detailed as necessary to sufficiently analyze the law for you.
